Fresh food
Food tastes best when it is freshly cooked, but after some time when left in the open it becomes cold and tastes different.
Some people may prefer the cold food to warm food, and if you eat very hot food , your tongue may get burnt.
But if food is left exposed to the air for more than a few hours, bacteria may grow on the food and it will get spoilt. The process is accelerated when the weather is warm and humidity levels are high.
